High Gas Rate Scrubbers
From underbalanced drilling operations to plant turnarounds, the AMGAS "HGR" can effectively and safely control odors and H2S in a host of conditions. Being a trailer mounted unit, the "HGR" is wellsuited for portability and maneuverability. This unit is specially designed to manage up to 3,000 SCFM of emissions with virtually no backpressure.
With inlets conveniently located on either side, one "HGR" can handle:
- Up to two vacuum trucks when cleaning tanks and vessels in a plant turnaround and maintenance situation
- Pipeline bleed-downs (can be used in conjunction with a tank truck or separator if liquids are involved)
- Purging
- Large scale-fan assisted tank venting
- Scrubbing settling tanks for underbalanced drilling operations
